Hey so i've been killing vultures for about half an hour and haven't gotten any eggs yet... I think they removed it! EDIT: Nevermind! I got one right after i posted this!

GE ROCKS in my opinion. i just started using it this week and i think it's one of the best updates ever! i just made 1 mill selling random things i never could have sold. even after monster hunting i would high alch most of my drops (ex today i got 3 rune warhammers, 2 addy kites, and 50 addy arrows). I sold these in the GE for a lot more than high alching! And the trade limitation....meh....it's worth it.

Man completing the journal is frustrating... i've spent over 100k on food for it allready. i'm actually getting 0-1 page a trip and i'm killing tons of them.

I love all these updates A year and a half ago i quit for about a year and came back and there were macros everywhere and i was really really upset with the game. Why would i want to play a game where everybody cheats? like i've quit a few other games because there's so many cheaters (like gunbound and some other game like it - these were FUN games but why play them when other people just cheat and are better). k anyway i'm back now. i just checked out the GE and it's AWESOME!!! like i just became a millionare from selling junk i could have never ever sold before (and i'm a super noob) anyway rs is awesome again and once they add lending and fix monster trading and hopefully do some other sweet stuff to get things back i'll be happy. and 30k? better than macroers.

I think they'll buy 1.1k of red topazs (7k on GE) then trade for trading sticks, then buy red topaz machetes (100k on GE) but how would they sell the machetes?

Hey so i was just having some cereal and was thinking of solutions so we can give prizes and small gifts with no RWT. I know tons of people have been posting good solutions so I thought i'd put up another one :-w Anyway i was thinking - the TET has a gift giving prize around every month so: Why not have a a set time that lets everybody be able to give or recieve 1 trade that is unbalanced to a higher limit an appropriate set time would be a month an appropriate trade limit could be 50-100k ie: on xmas i give/recieve someone something around 100k like some rune - and for the rest of the month all my trades will have to be within normal 3k limit -and i won't be able to give/recieve out a prize/ another gift until jan 25th. Would this stop RWT? I think so- they could only sell 50-100k per month. Since you can only recieve something once a month as well -some gold seller couldn't have 100s of accounts each with 50k on them and then give the "gifts" to the buyer. Would this be useful? Yes: Party hosts could give prizes greater than 3k (because parties with prizes do not happen too often. Yes: At xmas small gifts can be given. Yes: If your friend dies and loses some stuff you can give them some stuff to get them back on their feet (some armour, food, etc) No: if your friend was logged on to your pure you could transfer food and armour to the pure... :( So yeah discuss! :ohnoes:

say i'm like lvl 100 and i'm in like lvl 10 wildy - can a lvl 126 revenant attack me? (like a normal monster)? or can't it (like a pker?)

Yeah - and back then things were super cheap too - like the mask i bought was for rune legs and a rune plate (which was everything expensive i had at that time lol) - you could get like 80k from killing monsters for a while now it's super hard to make enough money to get a rare i mean the only way i know how to make money is by alching bstaves - and that's even harder to do now - now that i can only buy 16 a day!

Try to think of what would have been different in our rs "experiences" if this was the way it always has been. And by the looks of it it's actually exacly the same. Here is a tracking of some of the things that have got in my rs life: I bought a green mask I have been given 2 green masks from friends and one blue mask I have been given one red phat I have saved up for full sara And then i was given a set of full sara Now here are things that i have lost in my rs life: I died in the ranging guild and lost my green mask, I suck at staking and lost my other 2 masks I was hacked and lost a red phat and full sara I'm dumb and dropped full sara on the ground Now if you add these things together i now have: 1 green mask Now if i played my whole rs life with these new updates - i would have never been given anything, but i also would have never lost anything from dumb deaths by npcs (the gravestone would have let me get it in time), getting hacked (was before pins), and would have never lost anything by dropping it( i got back to the spot like 1 min after an npc teled me away) So i would have had 1 green mask and full sara - which is even more - but the point of this was to see that overall i ended with almost the same amount of stuff. So overall: is the new update better or worse? it is actually the same (although it doesen't seem like it)

so lets hope they do this! this will ROCK if they have this update! but they won't - because there could be one seller and become friends with 200 regular customers - and then real world trading is back again

i'm going to miss the old stuff i'm not a pker. but i've had some awesome times in the wildy i'm not a staker - but i've had some awesome times at the duel arena i'm not a mercher - but i've had some good times in varrock world 1 and what i'm going to miss the most is trading. i'd say more trades are uneven than even - like getting bday presents and giving trivia prizes. But yeah even though i don't pk/stake/merch any more i USED to and i used to have FUN doing those things. I mean i even had a noob pure for varrock wild i mean no more varrock wild! that place was so much fun! and no more rs binging with my rl friend and whenever i got something rune from a treasure trail i'd give it to him! It kinda sucks now - new people that are playing this game won't be able to have the kind of fun i used to have.

Yep yep :( no rewards is a big blow - like this kills find me's and trivia questions!

hey lvl 3s can do a lot - there's some that have seen in zanaris aka have beaten lost city!!

Wow! Awesome article - i never thought of the duel arena as a casino but it TOTALLY can be like one. they did a great thing - next time they should have put a post like this on the front page tho - looots of less complainers!
