May 15, 201214 yr Ya i would say that either slayer or defender of varrock is your best bet on this one. Getting armored zombies is really worth it if you are going to be training quickly.

May 15, 201214 yr Xp will depend on which quests you've done. You do climber mode and claw out every boss until you get one that you can't do and then reset claiming the reward. Or dagannoth sentinels are 260 k xp/hr in special mode if you're near maxed, use defense lowering specs, and use an iron titan (trains defense). May 15, 201214 yr Vyres have no charms and mediocre drops and decent xp (150k/hr with 500 corpses burnt) with Max gear and overloads/turmoil. Slayer is 80-120 k xp/hr with the same gear equivalents plus charms for slightly less profit. (400-500k/hr at Vyres vs 200-300k/hr with slayer if you don't cannon) if your farming herbs/doing dailies /doing Mtk money shouldn't be an issue for those incomes to be a determining factor and charms are invaluable. Do slayer.
