How many hours will it take to do the following quests?

Kings ransom/miniquest

What lies below

Temple of ikov

Garden of tranquility

Creature of fen

Defender of varrock

Haunted mine

Shilo village

I'm pretty sure I have all the necessary levels and items for each quest.

Most of those quest are relatively easy, should be able to knock out in a day maybe two depending on how much you play

Hard to say since I did them so long ago (well, before lodestones anyway. Before home teleport even. Walking everywhere >.>).

Provided you abuse guides to the max and prepare every item beforehand, it should take 6 hours total I'd guess. Garden of Tranquility requires some things to grow though, so watch out for that one.

Kings ransom/miniquest Around an hour?

What lies below Shorter, around a half-hour

Temple of ikov Around a half-hour

Garden of tranquility Annoying, you have to push around the statue things, maybe an hour

Creature of fen If I remember correctly, this was rather annoying with gathering the body parts (I liked it). Probably an hour at a guess

Defender of varrock 45 minutes-hour, depends how fast you do the tracking puzzle (?) and presence of pkers (maybe the quest was moved out of the wild, idk)

Haunted mine A long time, and its pretty annoying.

Shilo village Around an hour

Those are my best guesses based on memory and stuff. I'm assuming that everything's faster now, since you presumably will be using a straightforward guide and skimming-skipping dialogue, and have teleports etc. I did most of these as a noob walking around 2006-2007 when I had little idea what was going on.

Hard to come up with times for quests. But give or take an hour per quest sounds close to me.

I think you'll enjoy Haunted mine (I still remember those stupid levers and minecarts) and Creature of Fenkenstrain the least
