Is smithing addy plates with soe still a good way to train smithing? I already havemost of the art workshop rewards so i dont want to go back there for 100% loss.

 

How much would 94-99 smithing cost with this method?

Yes it's still a good way to train smithing - you should get 200k+ exp/hr at a cost of about 5-6gp/xp.
