Pinata
For Dungeoneering you can spend 18m something tokens. 180m xp then 18m tokens out of that. Can do a bit more but I don't know the exact amount. But that would be 18m on top of effigies and maybe a 3-4m xp day. Same with Slayer. Sw zeal and effigies. You should see the video of the guy getting 186m xp in Attack in less than a hour I think. All Sw zeal. Edit: Although be careful some of those records are indeed false. Because of name changes. But for the most part they're real. Capes in order: Firemaking - Cooking - Construction - 99 Dungeoneering- 120 Dungeoneering - Quest - Strength - Prayer - Herblore - Constitution- Attack - Defence - Ranged - Runecrafting - Magic - Fletching - Mining- Farming - Smithing - Slayer - Woodcutting - Summoning - Thieving - Hunter- Fishing - Agility - Crafting - Divination - Max - Completionist0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0100 0101

AfkScape
SOF spins my young padawanloool but yeah anywho they are mostly a result of either effigies back when you could have hundreds, eg 30m runecrafting in a day, and most of the fishing daily records, or other redeemable xp you could save up like brimhaven agility tickets or zeal or dg tokens or what have you. sometimes there were unorthodox methods used like past destiny used wines+brawlers for his cooking record back before that got nerfed, and prayer record involved people running bones so the player never had to leave their poh. also sometimes runetracker records a little more than a day's worth of xp due to some glitch i dont understand, so theres that toosome nolifing is involved too ofc
V_P
Most of those records are effigy records. However the current dungeoneering record is not an actual record, it was the result of a name change. The current record (24m) is from turning in tokens plus probably 6m+ from actual dungeons.
Platinum_Myr
also sometimes runetracker records a little more than a day's worth of xp due to some glitch i dont understand, so theres that too Trackers update every 24 hours. However highscores only update when a character logs off. The maximum time between log-offs is 6 hours due to the automatic kick if you are logged on for 6 hours straight. You can trick a tracker into lasting an additional 6 hrs (for 30 hrs total) by starting exactly 6 hours before the tracker time. Assume tracker updates at midnight your timezone, then start just after 6pm, and make sure to never log off. This also goes the other way, you *must* log off just before tracker time in order for anything done to "post" to the high scores for a tracker to grab it. Arceus
Yeah, it is rather amazing. I don't think I'll ever get close on the F2P side though.
