Smithing Skill Plot Calc

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know of a smithing skill plot calc?

One that will say how much charcoal/ore/p. ore required to cap the furnace plot.

Or even how much charc/ore/ needed to produce 1 metal bar, so I can work it out myself?

Thanks for your help.

1 ore + 1 coal = 1 bar.

1 p ore + 1 coal = 1 p bar.

This is why in minions (aka the wild card resource) bars and pbars exchange at 3 minions for 1 opposed to 1 for 1, because a bar costs 3 resource cap 1 to get the ore, 1 to get the coal, 1 to make the bar.

Capping the plot, by which i assume you mean hitting the goal lock, is entirely subjective to what that is set at. If your clan set it at 5k bars and 1k p bars you'd need 5k ore, 1k p ore and 6k coal to successfully fill the goals, if your clan set it at 40k bars and 40k p bars you'd need 40k ore, 40k p ore and 80k coal. etc.

Many thanks for that Sy.

We're trying to set a voluntary rota for the skill plots that clan members already have 99 in, as these are the plots that are the last to cap, and reduce enthusiasm to cap. The furnace and loom are v popular, but no-one really does the grunt work.
