FSH try to keep it filled with scrolls for iron titan

Elite void top (both are for prayer bonus, you can survive easily with SS after aggressiveness wears off with bandos though)

Elite void bottom (anything with more mage defence is overkill for me, bring karils or royal if you want though)

Kiln cape (fire cape)

Hulk gloves

Dboots

D Defender

Berserker ring (i) (not i)

Bring an EEE switch for special. I don't think many other specs will be very good here.

 

With that, overloads and iron titan I get pretty damned good kph. Around 160 crimsons (at 91 melees) so 180-200? Raising that slightly would be easy with Bandos switch and maxed melees. After aggressiveness wears off its a cakewalk, but it can sometimes get close in the first ten minutes. I take 4 sharks (they drop them uncommonly) to use during the aggressive period.

 

Non-slayer:

Deflector shield (you need this to be effective, otherwise you have to forgo goliaths and it sucks. If no deflector idk)
