For example, a level 80 showing up with a rune spear should be fine, but a level 138 should be able to at least afford a dragon spear. Considering a D spear is less than 40k, anyone that is a high enough level to equip one should be able to afford at least a dragon spear, and seeing as a Guthan's Warspear is only about 350k nowadays, anyone who can equip that should be able to afford one of those. A Zammy Spear is best (other than maybe Vesta, but that's a waste of $), but if you can't afford that and can't get someone to lend you one, please bring the best you can :) Better gear = faster kills = more loot + fewer deaths = more fun! P.S.
