Looking for good turm zerker or prossy pure guide

Been trying to find a good turm zerker/proselyte pure guide. I need to know all quests, and/or the thresholds for def xp. The rest I can take care of myself.

Defender Of Varrock = 10k Defence experience. 100% Needed for turmoil

What Lies Below = 2k Defence experience. Needed to complete Defender Of Varrock

Dragon Slayer = 18.65k Defence experience. Needed for Rune Platebody

Heroes Quest = 3.075k Defence experience. Needed for Dragon Mace and Battleaxe

Nature Spirit = 2k Defence experience. Needed for Rune or higher gloves (rfd)

The Fremennik Trials = 2.813k Defence experience. Needed for Berserker Helm

In Aid Of Myreque = 2k Defence experience. Faster barrows trips with boat rides. (Not needed but helps give QP for Barrows gloves)

Between A Rock = 5k Defence experience. Needed for the Hand Cannon
