DGSweeper doesn't show up

Featured Replies

I've got DGSweeper open, latest version etc, but the interface doesn't appear to draw. I play using the client, on resizable (capped at 1024x768). I've used DGSweeper in the past, but it doesn't appear to work for me anymore. :S

Decided to try DGSweeper again and see if it had magically started working, but no dice. However, it does work while playing in the browser, so the issue seems to be restricted to the client.

I am having the same issue with latest DGS.

If you have your Task Manager in view, DGSweeper running, and activate RuneScape do you see and window appear in the Task Manager titled, "DGSweeper - Map," or, "DGSweeper - Timer," etc?

Also, have you modified your RuneScape client to enable bloom with DirectX? The client uses very specific controls, unlike a browser, and therefore the DGSweeper looks to see if the active window is owned by JagexLauncherˌexe or not. If it is, then it looks for the client controls. If it's not, it looks for the various browser controls.

That was exactly it Stev, thanks. I'd changed it so long ago to wmgame, exe that I'd completely forgotton I'd done it. Changed back to JagexLauncher, exe runescape and it's working again.

Ahhh. Still not working. It's not capturing the map. The map is also showing not in the normal place. The launcher has been renamed to the correct file so im a little stumped. Old versions work ok.

Edit: Fixed it by turning Navigation to 'disabled'. What does that actually do?
