Just curious how much would 92-99 herb cost atm? and 80-99 con, would 100m be enough cash?

also whats the best way to lvl those 2 skills.

For herblore, make some untradeable potions (extremes, super antifires and overloads), if you get 99 without making these then you'll need to spend time and money after 99 to get them when you want to use them, so it's better off using them as your training even though its initially more expensive.

 

Use Grimy's spreadsheets for working out the best mixture of gp/xp and xp/h, it assumes mid ge prices (updated automatically) and near maximum speed of clicking.

Firstly; you got given the most efficient answer. Grimys spreadsheets allow you to input your income and find the most efficient method for that income. It requires a bit of thought from you. But is the best way as it allows personalisation of what method you use.

 

Secondly; you didn't put nearly enough information in your post for people to tailor-make a response like you want. The best response for the information you gave, which is minimal, was given to you - use Grimys spreadsheets to figure out what is best for your particular needs.

 

Thirdly; to answer your question. Yes it can be done for under 100m, and the 'best' method for you is dependent on your income, preference of skilling compared to money making, definition and requirement for fun, and desire for afkability.

People don't answer these posts because they are amazingly simple to figure out on your own. Is it really so hard to go to the ge and see what items cost and cross refrence that with the xp those items give on sites such as tip.it? There are also a plethora of guides/training methods on youtube.

 

Not to mention if you look at this very forum there are probably a couple posts exactly the same as this on the first page.

 

May sound harsh, but you're asking others to do something for you that's already very easy to do in the first place.
