Using Instakill Darts on Nex as a Mid Level

I am a relatively mid level player with the following stats:

 

Attack: 70

Strength: 60

Defence: 60

Constitution: 60

Prayer: 75

Magic: 56

Range: 43

Agility: 46

 

I would like to make some money using the instakill darts on Nex, but need advice and help on how to do so. I know that I need a frozen key to enter Nex's chamber and that to get the key fragments I must kill NPCs from each god dungeon. I also know that I need to kill about 40 god dungeon NPCS before being allowed to enter Nex's chamber. If I were to kill 40 god dungeon NPCs and collect the four fragments of the frozen key, would that be all I needed in order to face Nex? Will my stats enable me to face Nex so I can use my instakill darts on her? Also, should I go with a group?

You need 70 constitution, strength, agility and ranged to even get the key.

Is it possible to have a friend help me get the key?

No, the key pieces are not tradable. You'll have to get them yourself from the monsters within each stronghold, and be aware that it can take well more than 40 kills for each key piece.

Are the 70 const, str, agil, and ranged levels required? Or can I use potions and lots of food to overcome those "requirements"?

I'm pretty sure you have to have a base level of 70, meaning you can't pot. Now I'm not 100% sure. I'm sure someone else will come along and confirm this.

Yeah, you can't pot to get into the strongholds to get the key, you can only pot to get past the boulder. :)

So the lvl 70 requirements are to simply enter the dungeons?

To enter the encampments of the specific factions, which are where the monsters who drop the key pieces are. Ranged for armadyl, hp for zamorak, strength for bandos and agility for saradomin.
