Those are just pathetic places that do nothing and are just for a quest. Once again CW is P2P only. On F2P, you should have a quest that lets you become a Varrock Castle guard. Then you can have a whole bunch of sub quests leading into it.
February 3, 200620 yr sorry, but f2p isn't going to get a quest, or armor update, or anything any time soon. jagex is a company, and f2p is like a trial version. the updates are to get people off of the trial version, and paying for the game, and also to keep the loyal paying members paying.

How many "good" MMORPG's have you seen which are free and have alot of things to do? and comon ... if you like the game so much, make things to make it even MORE fun yourself, like "building" a town in wild and living there and ONLY there (i remember someone posting this... dunno who though ^^;)
February 3, 200620 yr How about BOTH of you are wrong. F2p is the entire completed game of Runescape. P2P is merely the expansion. However, F2P will not get weekly updates as such. About once a year, they will get a nifty update. Last year they got a massive range update, and before that was the Runecrafting skill. Just be patient and something will happen for you. My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers.
