account recovery

Hello guys,

 

I haven't played runescape for a while so i forgot my registered email and password.

I have tried anything to get my account back but everytime it says that i need to fill in my email. The problem is is that i haven't a registered email.

I have send a email to jagex 2 weeks ago but they doesn't answer. To fill in a appeal is not possible anymore with the new site.

 

Can anybody help me ? I like to play runescape again.

if you used a USERNAME, you'll need to use that instead of a email address. however, if you forgot what your USERNAME is, (not DISPLAY NAME) then I'm afraid you're out of luck.

I know. I know my username. But i forgot my password and email to recover my account

Send an email to [email protected] with as much information as you can supply. You might not hear back for a while.

Yes I already did. 2 Weeks ago but no response.

You have to tell them your first password, when you created the account etc. to prove you're the real, original owner. I hear it can take a while to be accepted, though.

Did you have recovery questions set and other info like past payments, creation of account etc? After you post on the runescape forums for them to remove the password associated with the account, then you can recover with your information

Please bear in mind the JMods are very busy dealing with a vast amount of account recoveries at the minute.

I cant post on the forums because i dont know my password to login. Either on a new account i need a total level from 350 or higher to post..

 

Yes I send a email with transaction and agreement numbers from a long time ago. passwords, zip code.. everything
