POP question

I have now unlocked the cherrywood reward missions, but they are almost 5 hours long each, and I only have 2 boats so far. How can I get missions that have bamboo as the reward to get faster missions and to get me the bamboo needed to upgrade to get a third ship? I know I have rerolls, but those just give me missions like other cherrywood, gunpowder or slate, but I almost never get bamboo ones anymore. Thanks

Click on manage port, go aside one tab (click on the arrow) and select the first region, you will then recieve missions that are related to the first region (bamboo) you can do so with all regions.

You should be familiar with this interface already as it is the one you use to pick scroll focus.

 

In terms of chasing down specific resources it breaks down as:

Arc - Bamboo

Skull - Gunpowder

Hook - Slate

Scythe - Cherrywood

Bowl - Jade

Sickle(?) - Steel

thanks, I knew there had to be a way, I have done the other part the concentrating on a specific scroll, but not area. Thanks. Are there any scrolls that should be targeted first? I am doing the melee armor right now.

I'd chose which armor set based on the adventurers, if any, you've been doing the story missions for. The different adventurers give different trade goods for completing their stories and since each adventurer gives a certain type of trade good it'd be wise to invest your scrolls in the adventurers you're focusing on.

 

Since I only have the biologist and the assassin which don't give armor goods I'm unlocking the tetsu scrolls first and getting 90 fishing so I can focus on the whaler.

I have the requirements for all the armors, I have already gotten a few plates for melee and the orbs/globes for mage.
