I can make so low noises that everything around me vibrates.

I can look a girl in her eyes while dancing and still see her feet and anything in between ;)

I have very flexible arms/shoulders and most people have trouble have trouble making me feel pain with an arm lock (I need to be pushed a lot further than most).

Are you jealous of my superpower, by any chance?

both thumbs extremely double jointed

hard to explain but can cross my thumb over my palm and put my thumb in my fist so that past my knuckle is above the opposite side of my fist, like what people do for the pulling your thumb off trick to kids but with the knuckle past my little finger

can touch my wrist with my thumb

very good at doing donkey noises via breathing in

im also good at throwing things to my hands with my ridiculously large (and partially webbed) feet

im very good at keeping warm and can wear tshirts in pretty much all weather by conning my head

pretty good with the whole crackers and no water thing

no gag reflex (from illness nada else!)
