March 16, 201313 yr I have done the appeal, and many, many password recoveries. Each day I get an email from JAGEX saying my account is secured and recovered, and I can log in, but they never tell me how to log in. My old passwords dont work, and when I do password recovery, I NEVER get an email back. There is ZERO chance of it being in spam. I clean out my spam many times a day, and have added the jagex emails to my contact list. Anyone ever have this issue as well? How do I log in, if my old passwords dont work, and password recovery does nothing. This has been ongoing to 2 weeks, and I have done the appeal 3 times and password recovery multiple times a day.
