So, my bank is increasing in value steadily, and I get bored of staring at an insignificant pile of cash all day long. I've decided to purchase some items and actually keep them, rather than selling back after a couple of runs with them.

 

My available bankroll for this is around 350m.

 

Clearly, I've invested in weapons first - MHM + EEE / V Wand + Book / Royal C'bow as of yet, potentially acquiring Z bow in the future for its marginally better DPS and cheaper cost

 

As for armour, however, I'm at a bit of a loss. The above taken out of the equation, I'm left with roughly 160 - 170m to buy some more goodies.

I'm keen on Slaying, so I need some armour variety for now, covering all corners of the combat triangle. (And yes, I do insist on doing so, even provided I've access to Drygores)

 

For that effect, I've acquired a BCP, Sub. Garb and an ACP. 130m left.

Now, I'm at a loss here. I guess the best course of action now would be to invest in T Legs for its damage boost, and then procede to T Boots / Gloves. But then I think to myself, I also enjoy doing some QBD now and again. For the most part, I melee her without any sort of issue, and I'm used to doing so with Drygores + BCP + T Legs.

 

Now my question's the following: Provided those leftover 130m, should I go for T Legs, T Boots / Gloves, Virtus Legs, Pernix armour or whatnot? Friendly reminder saying that I'm focusing on Slayer for now with a side of QBD, which I'm close to mastering, but still unwilling to do in Void (Low attention span :P)

 

(My stats ought to be in my signature. Probably. If not, assume maxed on all Combat disciplines + add-ons. Also have access to all possible Slayer tasks [including Aquanites, yay]. Also open to a selective block list focused on XP/h assuming ability usage)

 

And a little side question: Provided a relatively safe environment, where you run close to no risk of death, is it worth it to use Mage Void over full virtus for the set effect? Assume V Wand / Book, stream, ovls, torment, etc. I usually do use Void, but I'd like to make sure.

 

Edit: Small not-so-small edit - I forgot to mention, I do eventually want to have a 'gambler's' bank. Torva, Pernix, Virtus, Divine, Drygores, etc. Don't ask, it's just a random goal I set for myself eons ago!

Void > anything else for damage, so yes to your mage question.

 

I doubt torva is actually worth it considering the degrade & that void is just better, but it is the only thing that will help both QBD and slayer.
