I miss the timer that tells me when runite ore is gonna respawn on mine after inputting world's number!

 

There is one (RuneTimer: http://atroxide.com/runetimer) but it doesn't work perfectly because you must input the world's population too by yourself which causes more work.

Will it ever be possible to build a timer which tells the exact time of runite ore respawn after just inputting the number of the world?

Well no. Without the webpage listing the worlds there is no way to scrape the population data without breaking Jagex rules and ToS.

They probably have the data located somewhere on their servers, it's just a matter of finding it.

Contact them or something... They don't have a telephone number they give out for sales, but you may be bale to scrape up an email. I for one, have never found an email for them that would work for me

It's based on world population, not really possible to count. Just go by the full respawn time of 25 min/world

Didn't they change it so that respawn times would now be as if every world was full a while ago?

If so it escapes my memory.  All I remember is the wilderness spawns got cut by 1/3 in time a couple years ago.
