November 19, 201411 yr I'm sort of skeptical of this. I got a few black demon and suqah tasks at 85 combat and below when I was using Chaeldar and the gnome master.

Right now I'm only 108 combat, and I've already had several Suqah tasks. You can log out any time you like, but you can never leave.
