April 9, 201313 yr Every time I'm benching or doing dips I get this dull aching pain right behind my clavicle on both sides. My bench and arm days are separated by 2-3 days so I don't know if I should take this. Maxed [February 14, 2012] | Completionist [October 25, 2012] | Trimmed Completionist [in Progress]Visit my Blog!
April 9, 201313 yr I had this when going from a smith machine to free benching, it eventually went away after my form improved, I guess. Depends on the kind of pain, too, if it's lingering after you finish your sets you should probably see a doctor, but if it's just while you're exercising, I dunno you should probably see a doctor any way but it might not be anything more than exertion or something. Probably leave off doing those for a while, ice the area, etc. sleep like dead men wake up like dead men
