Urza285
Every time I'm benching or doing dips I get this dull aching pain right behind my clavicle on both sides. My bench and arm days are separated by 2-3 days so I don't know if I should take this. Maxed [February 14, 2012] | Completionist [October 25, 2012] | Trimmed Completionist [in Progress]Visit my Blog! nine naked men
I had this when going from a smith machine to free benching, it eventually went away after my form improved, I guess. Depends on the kind of pain, too, if it's lingering after you finish your sets you should probably see a doctor, but if it's just while you're exercising, I dunno you should probably see a doctor any way but it might not be anything more than exertion or something. Probably leave off doing those for a while, ice the area, etc. sleep like dead men wake up like dead men
Sy_Accursed
I usually find a dull aching pain during strength workouts indicates the weight is too high - if its only for the first couple of times for that exercise cause you are pushing the weight up fair enough but if it keeps going it's probably wise to stop. Urza285
Yeah I might go back to dumbbells and other variant exercises for chest and tris. Hobgoblinpie
I get this when I do dips. I would advise against doing them if it causes you 'pain'. Some people can do dips perfectly with no pain, some can't. POH Agility Course, Please Support!
