April 20, 201313 yr When Swiftkit used IE you could do CTRL+O and type in the URL for world 1 or 2. With Chrome, does anyone know an easier way to get into those worlds without breaking my F5 button?
April 20, 201313 yr On old school? You only have to go in and out of the server selection screen for it to refresh. You don't have to reload the entire page.

April 21, 201313 yr That's the point, Jagex designed it so that all users had equal opportunity to enter the popular worlds, hence the rule that says you must not bypass normal navigation of the runescape website to access the game worlds or provide direct links to the game worlds and more or less the entire reason why swiftswitch became SwiftKit. The SwiftKit staff aren't going to go out of the way to provide you with an unfair advantage over other users. In particular users of the official client.
April 21, 201313 yr Technically - if we offered an input box where a user could put in a desired URL, then we wouldn't be breaking the rules I don't think. As a user can do the same thing in a browser, so it's of no advantage at all.
April 21, 201313 yr Well then users could also make a giant list of bookmaks in the browser for each world and with a single press be in that world, but if we did that Jagex would go nuts again.

Noone is gonna make bookmarks for every world, but bookmarks for world 1 and 2, What's wrong with that? I have bookmarks of them
April 22, 201313 yr Just a single bookmark would violate the rules, if you choose to do so is up to you, but we can not accommodate this. RuneScape Treasure Trails
