June 7, 201313 yr I've been told that cannons have been nerfed to oblivion with eoc and are now a bad option for slayer. Is this true? I had two tasks of spectres and I cannoned them. June 7, 201313 yr They don't tag monsters, meaning they won't get you the drops/exp unless your character actually hits them with their weapon. Thus their usefullness has declined a lot, but you can still use them to draw in spawns at places like daganoth where you would be barraging anyway so tagging isnt an issue.
