Well if you read my blog you probably know that I'm working on unlocking everything that Ports has to offer and now that I've got close to 200 spice I want to get 93 cooking so I don't have to waste any spices.

 

I'm not going to be doing wines I'm not dropping 80 mil to get there in 3 hours of clicking the whole time instead of watching movies on netflix while I cook a few fish.

 

My question is does anyone know if you succeed often enough with sharks or rocktails to make them worth doing from my level to 93 with the cooking guantlets? If it's only going to net me an additional 10 k xp/hr because I burn too many over monkfish I'll just stick with 240 k xp/hr with monks.

Well in the levels between 92 to 94 (the level of shark burn immunity), I think I burnt a total of 100 or so sharks, most of it in the 92~93, so I'd imagine you'd burn probably no more than.... ~200-300 sharks between 89-93?

 

I am only guestimating here, I have no idea how much shark actually burns before 92.

Based on that I'll buy 1 k sharks and see how it goes. Thanks.

When I did 87-93 cooking I burned ~1/33 sharks, with the rate decreasing as I leveled.

 

Once you reach 92 you could use the emissary banner boost to ensure no burns for 30 minutes, if you don't plan on using the boost for something else that day.
