the archer looks like hes floating......bow is waay to long...dont use gradients for shading..... ranger has waaay to thick out line...arrows shoudlnt be flying below the ground....other than that its alright

the rune doesnt look like the right cyan color and the arrows look way to short. other than that look at what redawn said

Try raising his right leg(to you it's the left) so his knee is bent!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That way it looks like he jump in to the air off one foot and gives him a natural pose.

nice job copy and pasting a bunch of mis-shot arrows. Dont be so lazy next time and draw each individual one. The archer is flying and the guy's arm is slightly raised meaning he's still alive. You made the cape a gradient, even though it might be shaded its not right. it needs more natural shades and flows.
