Stats in sig. I am aiming for the levels needed for the latest dwarf quest because I love that quest line (I believe its 82 and 81 or something). I am looking for the fastest mining exp and the most cost efficient smithing exp. I used to do granite I believe back in the day is that still the fastest mining? Thanks in advance!

80 and 82 I think.

 

For mining, just do concentrated coal at LRC.

For smithing, you could try doing steel ingot 2 at artisans, about 10 gp/exp and around 100k/h.

 

If you haven't already do Whats Mine Is Yours and then all the Doric and Boric tasks for like 180k bonus exp and you could use that on mining to make it twice as fast.

If you have already done the quest and the Doric and Boric tasks and didn't use all the gofannon ammy exp claim it on mining.

While both of these suggestions are good, they aren't the best. For Mining use Warbands as often as possible. And for smithing I would recommend doing mithril as it is also around 10 gp/xp but much faster than 100k/hr.
