Daganoths magic xp/charm farming question

Featured Replies

I have heard that daganoths can produce upwards of 450 crimson charms per hour and can give really nice magic xp. I am wanting to head towards 99 magic and 96 summoning so this would be a great method.

I have 81 magic and am wondering if I can ice blitz dags for decent xp and crimsons? Or is barrage a necessity? I just completed DT for the first time ever so I am fairly new to ancients. All help appreciated. Thanks!

Pretty sure shadow barrage is better or the rock type one i can't remmeber the name but i don't know about the exp/charms p/h

Runescape is a haven..

I like the look of doing this method....Might just have to give this a shot!

Glacors are a much better method because it's 3 things: good exp, good gp, and good charms.

The only reason daggs should be considered would be for the AFKing. Daggs are upwards of 400 crimsons per hour as you've mentioned, and I barrage would be much better than blitz, but still very doable until you have achieved the level for barrage. And as someone mentioned, Rock barrage and blitz are more effective.

Good luck!

Glacors are like 3x better

I know they are but not everyone has access to them, looking at his stats dags is good enough for him
