Ratio is usually about 5 (7 max) to 1, so you got no chance with that rate.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong - but if he's offering 12m RS3 for 1m OSRS, isn't he actually doing a better offer? Think he's offering RS3 for OSRS, not the other way around.
