July 23, 201411 yr 96 to 99 cost me about 50m with Enlightenment aura, so it seems about right (made something like 750 each extreme before hand, but I also had like 1000 of each extreme from prior herb training leftover). Numbers may be off, but all I know is I have 2400 doses of overload because of it (and I use them for any combat, slayer/bossing/etc).

July 25, 201411 yr Overall, Herblore is one of the most, if not, the most expensive skill in the game depending on how you train it. Your 200m calculation sounds about right for those levels. Try using a calculator or one of the spreadsheets mentioned above and you should see the exact amount it would cost you.
