Two questions:

 

1. Is it possible to get any value from the boots? Like can they transform into feathers that I can sell or something like that?

 

2. If no, what is the best way to up 500 charges? I have level 79 agility.

 

 

Don't even remember how I got this pair, but they've been in the bank for a while and the rising price of silverhawk feathers has peaked my interest.

1) No, you can't take them out or anything, unfortunately.

 

2) Level 79 is a pretty good deal to use the feathers, but if you plan on training to 99+ you may want to save them for a little later to get the maximum xp out of them.  You can check out our calculator here (check the planner tab) to find out how much xp you would gain from them at a given level.  Just enter your current charges in the 'feathers' box :).

Definitely not going for 99 agility though, I really dislike the skill. No clue how it beat out other skills in the port update poll.

Glad to be of help =).  Probably a lot of high level players hoping to work on 99/120 Agility and draw xp from missions voted for it in Ports.

The Silverhawk boots is one of the more viable ways to train agility without actually training it, hence why feathers are valued so high (generally the xp they give makes the feathers usually 'worth' it, depending on their price and how you value time).

Honestly, anyone who would destroy shb for 12m worth of feathers would sicken me.
