In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers.

Moved to help and advice where youll likely get more responses for your question. As stated above power armor options will be your best choice, otherwise if you've progressed in the Recipe for Disaster quest you can get metal themed gloves from the chest in lummy basement that scale up with how far you've progressed and theyre pretty good too.

Hey there,

I'm trying to get all the good armour i can for around 2mil and this is what I've came to the conclusion for but i need a shield and cape as well!

Head: Dragon Helm
Chest: Dragon Chain-body
Legs: Dragon Plate-legs
Gloves: Rock-shell gloves
Boots: Rock shell boots
Weapon: Abyssal Whip

Cape: ?
Shield: ?

Ill take any advice please!

Cheers!

My info may be out of date but is an obsidian cape any good?  It would seem to fit within your budget.  You're better off duel-wielding than using a shield in most situations, but if you must have a shield, maybe dragon kiteshield?

Bandos shield, last I looked was very cheap and a good starter shield. Cape wise...Obby cape is still a good choice!

More old-school than you know...

Wow, it's a tenth the price of the dragon kiteshield and better stats, good point there!
