As stated above power armor options will be your best choice, otherwise if you've progressed in the Recipe for Disaster quest you can get metal themed gloves from the chest in lummy basement that scale up with how far you've progressed and theyre pretty good too. November 24, 201411 yr My info may be out of date but is an obsidian cape any good? It would seem to fit within your budget. You're better off duel-wielding than using a shield in most situations, but if you must have a shield, maybe dragon kiteshield? November 26, 201411 yr Bandos shield, last I looked was very cheap and a good starter shield. Cape wise...Obby cape is still a good choice! More old-school than you know...
