There are Earth Warriors in the Chaos Tunnels, which require you to cross the wilderness, but the tunnels themselves are not in the wilderness, so you would be safe from other player's attacks while killing them. There are also Earth Warriors in Dungeoneering but those are sparse and I'm not sure if they count towards a task. I hope that helps a little :). The tunnel used in the hunt for surok thingy where you unlock bork can be used as a back way in and several of the slayer mask/helms from TH offer teleports that land in the tunnels. In addition, those hoardstalker ring can teleport you to a resource dungeon residing in the Chaos Tunnels.
