lemonfish
Wasn't sure where to post this, But I figured you guys new more about paint than any technical wiz so I'm posting it here. Problem Paint seems to have crashed while in the process of saving it. This was not a computer fault though as there was also an error message from microsoft. I ended up losing some quick but also very useful work I was doing. Although it has stopped now I was wondering. Has anyone else had this problem? ~ Thanks ~ Lemonfish

xdracontx
If it said that "it has to be closed" and that you can send an error report, that seems to happen to me with a variety of programs. If paint was all that you were using it wouldn't happen that often, compared to if you have 3 internet windows up, loading a page, and you're working with photoshop or something. Other than that, I have no clue. I guess you should just save more often and see if it happens again in the future.

I know it happens to a lot of programs however I wouldn't have thought there would be an error as such in such a basic program. The error happen first time I saved

Albosky
It was most likely a memory read/write error if it was a one time thing. I wouldnt much worry about it if it has stopped occuring. Computers lag , files crash :( I like to fart silently but deadly in movie theatersArd Choille says (11:41 PM):I wouldn't dare tell you what to do m'dear

I cant think much further now.... ~komodo
