Hey fellas, first post here and hopefully you guys can help me figure this out.

Yesterday the game was running fine, maybe i press or deleted something and now the game is not showing the loading screen, after fetching updates it just shows the wallpaper of the loading screen and nothing, doesn't display the login to put your username and password. This happens in Internet Explorer, the Client, Mozilla Firefox and Swift kit the same thing in all of them

Here's what I have as of java since i know you guys are going to ask.

Java 8 Update 45

As i said it was running fine yesterday but nothing, to make things a little easier I put a clean install of windows 8.1 on top of it just in case i had corrupt files, and yeah i had Windows 8.1 when i played fine as well.  I also deleted the Jagex folder on main hard drive just in case.

just stays there and doesn't do anything else. help anyone?

Did you delete the jagex cache on your HD (you said folder, but for me it is just a file)? Otherwise try turning off your firewall, or your virus scan and see if it works.

My main drive is C:\ so its inside there called .jadex_cache_32, oh and btw just checked old school runs fine. is only running the new one im guessing.

I had some help from someone when I had the same thing happen yesterday.

You see the little graphics options cog? Click that, change your settings, close it and the window will appear.

If you cant type in it, restart the client once again and it *should* work, no guarantees though.
