No big surprise tbh.

 

That forum as a whole barely serves any purpose beyond the early announcement of the polls and discussion of active ones and with them being less frequent and/or part of runelabs now all that can easily fit elsewhere.

 

Not to mention the forum threads about the polls were, for the most part, a pr diasters - far to many posts pointing out the flaws of polls where completely dissimilar content is pitted against each other and pointing out the lack of very obvious answers on other polls.

I have strongly suspected that PTTP would have given way to the runelabs system since its release. Now its more clear than ever that jagex has put the games content developement moreso in the players hands with runelabs.

 

PTTP at its release has been used largely for players to choose content direction. Now its used more for final decissions it seems. Im sure theyll use polls for the fork in the road moments with deciding highly desired content from both player designs and developer designs.

Not a big shocker, feels like we've barely had any PttP polls since Runelabs (As in polls that came from Jagex themselves, not from Runelabs).
