Im just curious, will Jagex reset all the pures again?

 

I spent a lot of real money on about 6 accounts, and I have not account transfered. I buy RS cards for each account I own.

What do you mean reset all the pures?

 

They don't reset accounts unless they've been botting, and the only resets they offered for pures and skillers was purely optional (and you can opt out of it to prevent you or anyone else from resetting your stats in the future.)

Jagex doesn't reset accounts unless you bot on them.

I'm not sure what you mean by that? Jagex never force reset any accounts. They introduced the option to reset certain stats under certain conditions, but you don't have to do that. You can also tell the NPC you are never interested in resetting it to prevent it from being reset by accident or if someone tried to hijack your account or whatever.

Jagex's logic was that people should be spending all their time on their main account, not wasting time with pures. I could be wrong however, maybe Im still dreaming RuneScape dreams, or nightmares if you will?

No there wasn't :o. Maybe you remember people getting upset about Legacy mode since it "ruined" the pures they built specifically for EoC? There was no deletion of accounts or mass-reset of stats though.

There was an update that "ruined" pures/skillers when the combat level system went from the 200 max level to the 138 max level we have now. You could still be a level 4 (the minimum combat level) while having 99 hitpoints, 99 prayer, (and summoning?). However, when it was reverted to the 138 max level, those listed skills once again affected combat level.

 

In reality though, it doesn't matter. Pures are disadvantaged in practically every single combat situation outside of combat against other pures.

I think you are confusing some other stuff that happened years ago, where they said something like you said. I think it was a bug where training magic suddenly gave defense xp, so all those pure were "ruined" on which jagex replied that they would not roll back those accounts as they found pures not part of their game... but that is quite a while ago...
