hello im new here and dont know were to but this topic but i wanted to ask were can i get a sig like this

There are a few guys with these around the forum maybe you could ask on eof them where they got theirs from, it looks a bit like what laita Does (Hope that's how you spell it)

yeah i hawe seen them but there are only few and i cant find them enimore and i thinck they wount find this topic to

They make them themselves and then just add their level to it and animate them.

They can be made with photoshop and imageready, thats what I use anyway.

I believe Ran made those. I remember he had like a billion of them, they all looked similar, with the abstract bgs. He eventualy did some all pixel works, wich also resemble those little chibis you have there.
