Mmm, well its a pretty simple effect. A Lens Flare and some other filters. Its also empty. 3/10, you can do MUCH better man. :wink:

looks more like a type of ladybujg or something.

Royal...actually. There is no lens flare and the only filters used are polar coordinates and radial blur. :?
