Lord-kain1 Posted March 22, 2006 Share Posted March 22, 2006 ill start with ghats cuz that shorter they can now attack you while you are on the tree bridge, i used to use it as a safe spot to regain run energy and keep my food from getting nabbed but they can get you now the rod of ivandis has a (10) charge counter next to it and it has a special and i have yet to see what it does on both kinds of vampires wherewovles and afflicted i get a message saying " this spell seems tottaly ineffective against this npc" meaning it should effect some npc but just dontr know what it does yet... in the ancient book it said the old wielder could change things back to thier original form AND i ran into an npc in the new town that his examine was " changed back from a vampire" and he thanked me for changing him back so someone must have figured this out LK1 this random comment brought to you today by ADD: ADD, bringing random entertainment to all for generations Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lord-kain1 Posted March 22, 2006 Author Share Posted March 22, 2006 okay you get silver dust by tossing a bar into the ecto bone grinder you get 25xp for adding garlic to potion and 25 for adding silver dust the potion can: turn held vampire initiate into human kill held vampire initiate turn them into full vampire that CAN be harmed by normal weapons once you have held 10 vampires the rod crumbles to dust but you are left with the dust in your equipment slot so maybe it has a use ? cant smelt it into another rod i already tried LK1 this random comment brought to you today by ADD: ADD, bringing random entertainment to all for generations Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
captainpoet Posted March 22, 2006 Share Posted March 22, 2006 Also when the advocates become human they will give you notes of something, most of the ones I got were steel-mith, but i did get an addy axe, 5 willows, and some natures from them as well. And would this be accurate? The Rod of Ivandis has a special effect that can only be used on Vampire Advocates that are at about 1/4 health. It will hold them in the air where you can then use a Guthix Balance potion on them (a restore pot that you add garlic and silver dust, which is a silver bar that's gone through the ectofungus` bone grinder). When that is used on them they will: turn human and give you a small gift of noted items; be killed; or be turned into full vampires that can be damaged (and killed) by normal weapons. Combat 116+; Total 1900+; All Hard Tasks; (Nearly) All quest points; (Nearly) All skills 60+; An aquatic moose ninja.Currently: Using 63 hunter to get some of those "Chins", then I'm going to range stuff down. Interruptions of agility when I feel like it, as well.And lucky enough to get 4 Dragon and 6 Barrow Drops.[hide]Kwimbob now looks exactly like me in real life except for hair color.
