Featured Replies

Anyone know a game, preferably 4 players, for Xbox that is something along the lines of Baldurs Gate or Lotr.Me and friend looking to buy a good hack n slash game similar to those 2 but no idea which ones are out and stuff

not exactly what you are looking for, but if a gauntlet game is for xbox, that was always fun to play with my friends.

Not really the same genre, but Phantasy Star Online is a great game :D

(Scifi as opposed to fantasy though, although you have the basic melee, ranged, and magic combat )

It might possibly be a little hard to find now thouugh =\

try the Dungeons and Dragons rpgs, they are pretty fun, and similar to Gate' and Gauntlet.

No, up to 4 players offline =\

But maybe it's just a dream I had that I played with 3 of my friends =\

(Or is that some horrible xbox limitation :P )

xbox limitation... i dunno what ur playing it on.

edit:

my bad, it is 4 player... although its split screen, as with most hack/slash games the camera is fixed overhead.

I belive a new gauntlet legends came out, might wanna check that out for xbox. (I don't know much about it, but loved the first 2 console version [i.E the n64 and 'cube versions. I know there are many older ones).

the n64 one was amazing.

I don't know how many versions of gauntlet are out, but I bought gauntlet dark legacy and it was fun playing four players.

gauntlet legends was for n64. not sure what the psx one was called, but i had it. gauntlet dark legecy was for ps2 xbox and gamecube. it was pretty fun. they dont ever bother changing the way it works, they just use what they have an go with it. i like that sort of game that way.
