March 31, 200620 yr well i was in varrock world 2 trying to buy full rune and I see a guy say selling pole 50k, and another guy saying buying pole 3mil in items, so I thought this was one of those team scams when the two of them actually traded and the guy who was selling said wow, thanks, but then the thing that suprised me the most was that the guy who had just bought a pole(worthless item?) then said "haha I scammed you, I can sell this for 15mill, so what is this pole and is it worth 15mil 99.99999998465% of the world's population is not me, if you are the 0.00000001535% that is me, put this in you signature -"being famous is like being a woman, if you have to tell people you are, you aren't"
March 31, 200620 yr You definitly got scammed, but I've never heard of a 'Pole'. No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
March 31, 200620 yr Pole from the Mountain Camp to the east fo Rekkella. I didn't know it was tradeable, but whatever he got scammed.
April 1, 200620 yr It's worthless. I've seen people drop them at banks several times. I've heard someone trying to sell a pile of leaves for 50k. (you get by killing tanglefoots) Another bad scam attempt. Kill corporate radio. http://www.killradio.org

April 1, 200620 yr If indeed these two where working together they may of from time to time as they "worked" an area, pretended to trade to help lay a foundation for thier scam. I know that is the only thing I can guess about it and I do hope you took a moment and report both of them. Leave it to Jagex to sort this out but for sure it looks like a scam...and a well worked scam at that. Not a smart scam...just a well worked one.
