Hello all and welcome to Guthix Graphics. GG is a shop that provide you with any graphics that you should desire. I personally use Gimp. Gimp noob!!11one! you all shout. But i have had Photoshop and i chose gimp over it.

Reduce colors, save in a lower format and make a small animation and it wont pass 30kb :D
