I'd go with Zim about the bg colors and with Crimm about the perspective and i'll throw in the dragon position problem. To me it looks more like laying on the ground rather than flying. Maybe it's the shading or the body shape...dunno. Think it could be improved a bit that way 2.

9/10 for your version of the pixel sig. I would of went with 10/10, but zim stole that one. Zim's version, by changing the head mainly, added 1 point extra, and now looks amazing!!
