i have negative credit on an account, and the only format fo paying it off is pay by cash, they wont allow credit cards or pay by phone, i was wondering is there any way i can use pay by cash without doing anything, why cant they just withdraw it from my credit card, i dont want to send a money order or any other junk?

Surely it's their fault if your negitive credit? what happened?

previously i used pay by phone, and i was charged but they never got it, lost in transaction cause i believe my company didnt allow this kind of paying format, but i dont understand why, cause i owe for 2 months, during which i was allowed to play in members, not my fault they never got it, if they never got it, why did they allow me to play, it was their fault in the system but ill have to pay for it.

So they weren't sure they were going to get money from you, so they took it anyway and now you have to pay them back? thats immoral. :x

ive had this happen, and then i could only pay by cash for a long time, i sent in 20 bucks the first time to the company they use, send it so they have to sign, or verified or insured or w/e so u dont risk losing ur cash if something bad happens. Make it out to who they want, and include your accnt name etc etc, give it like 7 days or more to get to them, maybe more, and then ur members will beback on, if they locked ur paying, they may have kept it locked until u pay X months by cash so they trust you. So you may have to continue to pay by cash :S

well u got of easy i got banned until i payed for the months i played. I payed for 1 year and then i canceled it in the next 5 minsm, since when members first came out there was no credit and stuff like that so if u canceled u got ur money back and i guess they had some kind of prob or something and i played free for 2 months, but after the 2 months i got banned and was forced to pay.

The EXACT same thing happened to me...i started freakin out but then my sis payed for my negative credit online by virtual money order or sumthin like that..neways it was like 20$ for 2 months negative credit to be taken off......possible scam by jagex? :roll: naa why would they do that.. :lol: yea neways i think it was like a site called paybycash or sumthin like that...Hope this helps

Hmm i think that you are able to put in some money on western union and pay but that. Because jagex trusts WU alot or something, not sure.

 

Send a email to jagex and ask a few questions according membership.

I payed mine threw paypal, because it was only 3 months, and you can pay by credit card using paypal.

well, this exact same thing happened to me, but i only had to pay off one month and then i got my account back..

 

 

 

my friend wasnt so lucky, he had 4 accounts that at certain times were members and he had gotten their membership with pay by phone...unfournatly his parents wouldn't let him pay by cash :cry:

 

 

 

the only advice i have is to pay Jagex by cash

its like a check bouncing IRL; theres some law that you can onyl get charged so much for it tho

they are only allowd to charge a fee to cover the extra admin costs of dealing with the proplem + the original amount

I had a similar problem over there. They required a credit card for you to even get the first month free. I went out of my way and got a prepaid credit card for this game, and they accepted the card. One month later, when my next payment is due... my account loses membership for absolutely no reason (from my perspective). I had to literally e-mail THEM only to find out that the credit card I gave them was invalid.

 

 

 

Found out later that I had to call a toll free number to have the card authorized for online shopping.

 

 

 

Needless to say... I opted to stop giving the company my money when they didn't even have the decentcy to tell me whether my payment method was accepted or not.
