April 17, 200620 yr Forum are made by the web language called PHP. Go to HTML/JS/PHP Guide by Piggah at RuneVillage. I think Pixel2Life.com would contain some guides too. I know for a fact that they have a JavaScript guide. You should check it out. Some people have their own server such as Apache which is not require if you have free hosting. Othewise look around at DownLoad.com. If you want to be lazy and just have a premade forum made for you with free hosting and so on then you should register at InvisionFree.com.
