good for ur first one, but the mages face is too round, and i think the warrior looks to skinny... (frozen guy) also make the thing on top of the ancient staff a little bit bigger. i wanna see it shaded :D

The guy in the ice block is too wierd, his legs looks broken, his face is too disproportional (and his chest) and his arms are broken too.

 

 

 

For the second guy, only the shoulders need a fix.

Try to make it 3-d when you shade.
