Nope. RS was released on January 4, 2001 :)

and tipit excistss since 1999 yes it is possible

Ya but try typing in only http://www.tip.it in ur url bar and see where it takes you. They've been around longer then RS because it covers other games aswell, not simply this MMO.

I think some of you might fight the following link helpfull as it gives the history of RS :

Yes, but the http://tip.it that we know today didn't always redirect to http://tip.it/runescape. Before, it would bring up a page where you could go to three different tipit sites ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ã
