It's got a cubism feel to it, maybe shade the duck a bit so at least two shades on him. :P

Not too sure about the Beak - Head thing, looks like he has a wonky beak :P

Nice duck but he got a crooked mouth or... whatever.

:D I think the duck is very cute. ^_^ You should add some more shades to him though, that would kinda define the contours of his body.
