Anybody else here do FIRST Robotics? I am from Team 1519 Mechanical Mayhem. We are going to the Championship in Atlanta, Georgia, in a couple of days. We however live in New Hampshire, and the only way we can afford to get down is a non-stop 24 hour "trip" in 15-passenger vans :( :wall: But its going to be fun. Some people on the team have already gone as a FIRST lego league team. We are in the newton division. Anybody else can see a live Webcast.

My school did BEST robotics for the past 3 years, but not this year :(

 

 

 

We usually only last the first meet, since all of the relevant classes to BEST are for seniors only and we only have 5 or 6 of those on the team

new hampshire is 24 hours non stop from atlanta? i think atlanta is 13 hours from here (indiana), so i guess it might be that far.

 

 

 

anyways, as a young kid i was always liking the robotic things. never had the money or the intellect to do it. nowadays, i have the money, still dont think i have the intellect though. robotics is pretty cool though, maybe ill check it out again...
